SHAKE IT UP Pour 200ml of water, milk or beverage of choice into your shaker bottle, add 1¾ scoop (37g) of ISO+, close and shake away for 10-15 secs. Use a spiral ball in your shaker for best results.
BLEND IT UP In your blender add 150ml of water, milk or beverage of choice, 1¾ scoop (37g) of ISO+ and 2-3 ice cubes and blend for 10-15 secs.
MIX IT UP Why not add ISO+ to your favorite protein ball recipe? Or mix a scoop through a cup of natural yoghurt for a tasty protein packed snack or through your morning oats.
WHEN TO USE Take 1-2 times daily to obtain your required protein intake as advised by a health care professional. Best taken in the morning, pre-workout, post-workout, in the evening or as per your dietary or training requirements.
